it was all going smoothly

But, yeah, should have realized something had to go bad.

  • The hard drive had to be ordered separately when it magically disappeared between the confirmation and invoice phases
  • The case's faceplate was dead to rights due to a massive failure in handling. Getting a replacement very soon, getting an return number was easy as cake.
  • But the above doesn't matter because the hard drive hasn't arrived yet.

And Tiger's always been so good to me. Everything else is fine.
